Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays for return shipping. If the item is unopened, a full refund will be issued. If the item is damaged, no refund will be issued. If the item is opened but working, 85% of the original value will be refunded.

If your product is no longer working or was defective on arrival please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. The issue may be something small we have experience with before.

We offer a one year limited warranty on all products we sell. This means simply as long as you don't physically damage your product we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We make every effort to prevent Dead-on-Arrival shipments by thoroughly testing all items prior to sale. With that said, items sometimes include latent defects or get damaged during shipment. In these cases, please notify our support department of the problem and we will arrange for an exchange.
